Fluctuation of Conductances in Quantum Hall Effect

We obtain time-varying conductances of 2D Bloch electrons in a periodic potential under a perpendicular magnetic field by looking at dynamics in finite time. The conductances depend on time due to quantum fluctuation. We obtain expressions of the conductances and numerically demonstrate the conductances as a function of time.
