MAX-PLANCK-INSTITUT FÜR PHYSIK KOMPLEXER SYSTEME DRESDEN

Workshop on

Quantum Dynamics in Atomic and Molecular Physics

June 13 - 14, 2002

Scientific Coordinators:
Jan Michael Rost Volker Engel Walter Strunz
MPIPKS DresdenUniversität WürzburgUniversität Freiburg

On the occasion of John Briggs' 60th birthday this workshop will bring together people who share John's scientific interests or have even collaborated with him. Hence, the meeting is an excellent opportunity to acknowledge the progress which has been made in this field over the last two decades and to discuss future perspectives.

The registration fee for the workshop is 40 Euro. We will organize accommodation in our institute's guesthouses or in hotels nearby. Costs for accommodation and meals will be covered by the Max Planck Institute for the Physics of Complex Systems. Limited funding for travel costs is available, please contact us.

Arrival: Thursday, June 13th, afternoon
Departure: Saturday, June 15th, after breakfast
