Welcome to my home page at the Max-Planck Institut für Physik komplexer Systeme in Dresden.  I am a theoretical physicist working as Junior-Professor  in the Max-Planck Institut für Physik komplexer Systeme in Dresden and Technische Universität Carolo-Wilhelmina zu Braunschweig since April, 2005.

Physics research and education in general field of condensed matter physics with emphasis upon investigation of quantum many-body theory. My particular interests are related to the investigation of strongly correlated low-dimensional electronic and magnetic systems, high-temperature and unconventional superconductivity phenomena, large magnetoresistance phenomena observed in rare-earth based layered systems and layered perovskite structures, and application of unconventional superconductors for spintronics devices.
